Hunger Close to Home
For people who are recently housed, meal planning and cooking can present an enormous challenge. Groceries are expensive and budgets are tight.
Soul Kitchen is our practical, low-barrier response to the daily challenges of food insecurity for folks living at four of our Downtown Vancouver locations.
Laura's Journey Home
Laura spent 15 years homeless or underhoused. She bounced from one shelter to the next. She slept under tarps or bridges.
Three years ago Laura moved into one of More than a Roof’s residences in Vancouver’s West End. For the first time in her life, Laura has a place of her own to call home.
